Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ruislip this September. The role offers immediate interviews and a trial day on 1st September.

You will support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other learning needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, closely with the class teacher and SENCO to foster independence and confidence in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school, nursery or care setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs.
• A calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Someone who is proactive, reliable and passionate about helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ruislip this September.

Trial Day: 1st September - immediate interviews available!

Start Date: September 2026 (following a successful trial)

Hours: 8:15am - 3:15pm

Pay: £95-£105 per day

Location: Ruislip

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needs on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you'll help pupils develop confidence, regulate emotions, build independence and access learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.
