Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd. is urgently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Ruislip. The role runs 8:15am–3:15pm with immediate start and daily pay between £95 and £105.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD and ADHD, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO. Ideal candidates have experience with SEMH and non-verbal learners, displaying calm, patient, and resilient behaviour management.

• Trial Day: Week commencing 13th April
• Start Date: Immediate (Post Trial day)
• Hours: 8:15am – 3:15pm
• Pay: £95–£105 per day
• Location: Ruislip

About the Role:

You will be supporting pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and non-verbal learners, on a 1:1 and small group basis.

This role requires patience, consistency, and a calm approach to behaviour. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support and help pupils access learning.
