Morgan Hunt UK Ltd, on behalf of the College of North West London, is recruiting a SEND Lecturer for the Willesden Campus. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to learners' needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment and supporting learners to develop skills, confidence and independence.

Applicants should have SEND lecturing experience, a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or Diploma in Education and Training) and a valid Enhanced DBS.

Formación

• SEND lecturing experience is essential.
• A recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, QTS or Diploma in Education and Training.
• A valid Enhanced DBS.
• Strong communication and the ability to adapt teaching to different learning needs.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to learners' individual needs.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and progression.
• Assess and monitor learner progress, providing feedback and maintaining accurate records.
• Work closely with learning support staff and colleagues to meet learners' support needs.
• Promote safeguarding and learner wellbeing throughout your teaching.
