Job summary

Oasis Academy Pinewood in London is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support children with SEND. You will work closely with class teachers to create inclusive learning environments and to deliver targeted support.

The role offers term-time, 30 hours per week, with a fixed-term contract until July 2027. You will join a warm academy team and have access to extensive CPD and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a SEND environment.
• Ability to build inclusive, rich learning environments.
• Strong collaboration with families and class teachers.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning support for identified SEND students autonomously and with the class teacher.
• Support students with enthusiastic motivation and positive engagement.
• Build relationships with families to boost achievement, attendance and wellbeing.
