Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEND Learning Support Assistant in Forest Hall to support pupils with Autism, ADHD and other learning needs. You will work closely with teachers to enable access to education and develop independence, building trust with learners and celebrating progress.
Ideal candidates are patient, adaptable and collaborative, with experience in SEND or youth work; training in safeguarding and behaviour management is provided.
Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Forest Hall. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and communication needs. You'll work closely with teachers and specialist staff to help learners access education, develop independence and feel proud of their progress.
No two days will look exactly the same, but your role will always centre around building trust, recognising individual strengths and helping pupils take positive steps forward.

Previous experience in SEND, education, care, youth work or support work is beneficial, but a positive attitude and genuine interest in helping young people are just as important.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
