As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be living your best life supporting students in a specialist school environment:

1:1 Magic-Making: Support children on the Autistic spectrum and those with SEMH needs, using creative strategies to help them shine.

Learning Adventure Partner: Make learning exciting and accessible for every child, creating an environment where they can thrive.

Calm in the Storm: De-escalate challenging situations with patience and understanding. Positivity Dynamo: Bring your can-do attitude to the classroom, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth and joy.

We’re Looking For Rock Stars Who

Have experience (or a passion to gain experience) working with children on the Autistic spectrum or with additional educational needs in a UK based school or care environment.

Communicate like a pro, captivating the hearts and minds of even the busiest bees.

Know how to create a safe, inclusive, and uplifting environment for pupils with diverse needs.

Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are ready to obtain one and dive right in!). Have Moving and Handling experience
