Job summary

Ormiston Academies Trust is seeking a passionate SEND Intervention Specialist to join our inclusion team and lead targeted intervention provision for students with additional learning needs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will work in a supportive, inclusive environment to close learning gaps and build confidence.

The post involves small-group work with students requiring access to learning, with reintegration into mainstream lessons where suitable, ensuring progress and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
• Ability to plan small group interventions and monitor progress.
• Strong communication with staff, parents and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted intervention provision for students with additional learning needs across KS3 and KS4.
• Support reintegration of students into mainstream lessons where appropriate.
• Collaborate with inclusion team to track progress and adapt strategies.
