Job summary

Thurcroft Junior Academy is seeking a SEND Integrated Resource Lead to develop and lead a 10-place resource for pupils with EHCPs, focusing on Communication and Interaction and SEMH. The role requires strong leadership of a small team and close collaboration with RMBC, ACET Inclusion leaders, and the academy’s SENDCo.

You will manage admissions, liaise with the Local Authority, and drive the integrated provision across the trust, modelling professional standards and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Experienced SEND leader with passion and expertise supporting pupils with diverse needs.
• Strong ability to lead a team including a teacher and support staff.
• Experience with EHCPs and integrated resource development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SEND Integrated Resource and team.
• Develop bespoke curriculum and admissions processes for the resource.
• Liaise with Local Authority and ACET Inclusion leaders and the Principal.
