Job summary

Parish is seeking a dedicated School Teacher to lead the SEND Hub at a Church of England school in Gainsborough. You will oversee learning, wellbeing and outcomes for pupils with SEND, creating an inclusive environment that aligns with the SEND Code of Practice.

You will plan and teach specialist, highly adapted lessons, use assessment to monitor progress and contribute to school development and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils who have special educational needs.
• Ability to plan, deliver and adapt lessons for SEND pupils.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEND Hub overseeing learning, wellbeing and outcomes.
• Ensure SEN needs are met within an inclusive environment.
• Plan and teach specialist, adapted lessons for Hub pupils.
• Use assessment to track progress and set targets.
• Collaborate with SENCo and external agencies.
• Support transition and contribute to school development.
