Job summary

Fleet Education Services is seeking KS1 - KS4, English, Maths and Science Tutors to support learners across Southwark through in-person tuition.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference to learners in your community by providing additional academic and emotional support.

You will deliver personalised, engaging lessons, plan progression, and submit accurate session reports while liaising with parents, carers, SENCOs and other professionals to help every learner thrive.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or Level 6 qualification.
• At least 6 months’ teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
• Right to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours.
• Experience with Special Educational Needs and Social Emotional Mental Health.

Responsibilities

• Delivering in-person tuition in learner's homes, school or public setting.
• Planning and delivering personalised, engaging lessons.
• Maintaining progression by submitting accurate session reports and providing constructive feedback.
• Liaising with parents, carers, social workers, SENCO's and other professionals.

Skills

Teaching experience in the UK
