Aspire People is recruiting SEN Cover Supervisor / Class Lead for a Derby (DE22) school. You will lead classes, deliver prepared lessons, and support pupils with their learning in a positive, inclusive setting.

The role runs full-time during term-time hours (8:30–4:00) with daily pay of £130–£160, depending on experience. Experience with SEN is advantageous; teaching status not required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is an advantage.
• A positive, patient and adaptable approach.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive.
• Qualified teacher status is not essential; suitable candidates with relevant experience are welcomed.
