Qualifications

• Experience delivering pastoral care and spiritual guidance to pupils, including SEND.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with families and communities.
• Proven collaboration with school leaders, Diocese and church to support worship and chaplaincy.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to SEND pupils, individually or in small groups.
• Build strong relationships with SEND families and connect home, school and church support networks.
• Coordinate inclusive collective worship and chaplaincy activities with school and church partners.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school by promoting Christian values and inclusion.
• Support a culture of belonging, inclusion and wellbeing across the school.
