Lincolnshire County Council's NKSK SEND Team is recruiting a SEND Level 2 Caseworker to manage a defined complex caseload of children with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans and coordinate statutory assessments under the SEND Code of Practice. This role involves liaising with families, professionals and services to ensure needs-led outcomes.

You will support decision-making, participate in SEND Tribunals and work with our Legal Team to represent the Local Authority in hearings, while

• Degree in a Children's Services related area, or substantial proven ability in a similar role.
