Cheshire East Council is seeking a dedicated SEND professional to support children and young people across the Local Authority, delivering statutory assessments and developing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) that make a real difference.
You will manage a caseload, working with families, schools and professionals to ensure the right support is in place for every child to thrive and reach their full potential, contributing to a compassionate, collaborative Children’s Social Care team.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the Local Authority. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality statutory assessments and developing impactful Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) that truly make a difference.
You will manage a caseload of children and young people, working closely with families, schools, and professionals to ensure the right support is in place for every individual to thrive.
