Leaders in Care is seeking experienced SEND/EHCP casework specialists to support a Local Authority with a substantial EHCP backlog. The role is fully remote, requiring practitioners with strong SEND/EHCP background who can work independently and deliver accurate work on time.
You will manage caseloads, gather information from education, health and social care, and ensure records and tribunal-related documentation are prepared in line with statutory requirements.

The Council is looking to strengthen its SEND casework capacity following challenges with quality and consistency, so reliability, attention to detail and SEND-specific experience are essential.
