Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a SEND Analytics Specialist to support the SEND and AP Reform Programme, turning data into insight to improve outcomes for children, young people and families across the area.

The role involves designing reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards, working with education, health and social care data, and communicating findings to senior leaders to drive evidence-based decisions and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions and performance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Degree-level qualification in analytics, statistics, economics, social research, business intelligence or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and develop reporting solutions, performance frameworks and Power BI dashboards.
• Transform complex information into meaningful insight from datasets across partner organisations.
• Define data requirements, develop performance measures and support evaluation of new services.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
