Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a SEND Analytics Specialist to support the SEND & AP Reform Programme. You will design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks to turn complex data into clear insights for senior leaders and partners.

The role focuses on turning data into evidence for decision-making, working with education, health and social care colleagues, and improving outcomes for children, young people and families across West Northamptonshire.

Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree-level qualification in analytics, statistics, economics or related field.
