Job summary

F6IT is seeking a part-time SEND Activities & Engagement Coordinator to plan and deliver inclusive recreational activities for disabled children and young people across Surrey and surrounding counties. You’ll work with the CEO to coordinate sessions, book coaches and suppliers, and support families and volunteers.

The role involves safeguarding duties, on-site delivery, and administrative tasks with up to 25 hours weekly and flexibility around Saturdays during term time.

Qualifications

• Organised, enthusiastic and people-focused candidate.
• Experience coordinating activities, volunteers or small teams is valuable.
• Ability to liaise with families, coaches and external suppliers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate upcoming activities and events with the CEO.
• Book activities, coaches and external suppliers.
• Liaise with participants, parents and families; coordinate volunteers.
• Maintain information about upcoming sessions and complete activity records.
• Support communications for social media content and funding reports.
