Job summary

YMCA East Surrey is recruiting a SEND Senior Delivery Coordinator to join our CYP - Disability Services team in Leatherhead and Reigate. The role is office-based with club delivery at Tadworth or Leatherhead on weekends and school holidays.

You will lead, coordinate and deliver a high-quality Short Break programme for children with disabilities, while managing staff and volunteers and ensuring inclusive, safe sessions. Working hours are 35 per week, 9:00–17:00, with a 1-hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a structured programme of activities for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.
• Lead area clubs in line with delivery plans, attendance, staff and budget.
• Provide operational lead or cover as required.
• Develop strategies and behavioural support plans for young people attending activities.
• Lead and line-manage staff and volunteers.
