Job summary

Waseley Hills High School is seeking an motivated Achievement Assistant to support students with SEND and work closely with the SENDCO and Achievement Assistant Team. The role involves assisting students in and out of lessons and contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with students in diverse settings and will be prepared to undergo online checks and an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with students in a variety of settings.
• Willingness to support students with SEND.
• DBS check and safeguarding will be required.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND in and out of lessons.
• Collaborate with the SENDCO and the Achievement Assistant Team.
• Participate in safeguarding procedures and online checks.
