Waseley Hills High School in Rubery, Birmingham, West Midlands, seeks an Assistant SENDCO to join our inclusive SEND team. This permanent role is 37 hours per week, term-time plus 5 INSET days, on NJC SO1 scale (£29,617 – £31,277).

You will help lead a dedicated SEND team to support students, uphold safeguarding standards, and drive continual improvement following our OFSTED rating. The school offers strong CPD, modern facilities and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Team player and committed to four broad areas of SEND.
• Committed to safeguarding; enhanced DBS required for successful candidate.
