Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs (SEND).


• Support learning, behaviour, and social development within EYFS.


• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver effective support strategies.


• Promote inclusion and create a positive, nurturing environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a SEND TA / Teaching Assistant / 1:1 Support Assistant (EYFS experience desirable).


• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.


• Two professional references covering the last 2 years.
