Job summary

Oakridge School is seeking a part-time SENCO to lead SEN provision. The post is permanent, with a 3-day week (potentially 4 days) and a January 2027 or sooner start. Salary is MPS/UPS plus SEN payment, and the role is not term-time only.

Responsibilities include leading SEN coordination, working with parents, agencies and Oakridge staff to maximise outcomes for SEN pupils in a non-teaching capacity. Interviews are scheduled for 01/10/2026.

We are looking for a Part-time SENCO to lead SEN in the school. This will be a non-teaching role. You role will be to lead on SEN, working collaboratively with parents, agencies and Oakridge staff to ensure that SEN children, who are an amazing group, maximise their potential.
