The successful candidate will have a degree, Qualified Teacher Status, and hold a NASENCO award, with good knowledge of the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded school in Havering.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Lead the SEND provision, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning for pupils with additional needs.
  2. Oversee the operation of the school's SEND policies.
  3. Coordinate deployment of TAs to support students effectively.
  4. Complete annual reviews in line with CoP guidelines.
  5. Advise and train staff on SEND strategies.
  6. Lead and develop nurture programs.
