Job summary

Danegrove Primary School is seeking an outstanding teacher and experienced SENCo for a challenging, inspiring role. The successful candidate will promote inclusiveness across the school, drive high expectations, and lead strategic SEN provision for pupils with EHCPs.

They will lead CPD for staff and deliver workshops for parents, liaise with external specialists, and provide direction to a large team to ensure high-quality teaching and effective use of support and resources.

Qualifications

• Outstanding knowledge of SEN in a primary school.
• Ability to drive accelerated progress for pupils with additional needs.
• Experience in leading CPD for staff and workshops for parents.
• Proven ability to liaise with outside agencies to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities
