Halstow Primary School in London is seeking an exceptional SENCO with responsibility for our School-based Resource Provision to join our team and help secure the best outcomes for children with SEND.
As SENCO and Resource Provision Lead you will provide strategic leadership for SEND, lead EHCP processes and annual reviews, work with families and agencies, and coach colleagues to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching across the school.

Our Ofsted inspection in January 2026 praised the school's extremely strong culture of inclusion highlighting the high expectations that exist for all pupils when identifying and addressing barriers to learning., reflecting the high-quality education, inclusive ethos and positive culture we have established.
