Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary learners in Hull, during school hours. The role offers part-time hours and pay of £25–£30 per hour, with weekly PAYE payments and ongoing consultant support.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of UK teaching or tutoring experience, experience with SEN learners, and an Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to obtain one. Right to work in the UK is required.

TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary learners in Hull.

The Role

• Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition tailored to each learner’s needs.

• Support learners with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH.

• Plan and adapt lessons to suit individual abilities and learning styles.

• Support core subjects such as English, Maths and Science.

• Build confidence and monitor progress.

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting SEN learners
• Experience with Primary and/or Secondary learners
