Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas. You will support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs, helping them rebuild confidence and achieve progress.

Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with pay of £25–£30 per hour. Deliver sessions in schools, community venues or learners' homes, ensuring engaging and personalised tuition.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people in mainstream and/or SEN/SEND settings.
  • Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring or education experience.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding.
  • Ability to travel across Brighton & surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, personalised one-to-one tuition.
  • Adapt sessions to individual learning needs.
  • Support confidence, engagement and independent learning.
  • Monitor and record learner progress.

TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Brighton & Hove and the surrounding areas.

Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs, helping them rebuild confidence, engage with education and make meaningful academic progress.

Location: Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues or learners' homes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
