Job summary

TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated tutors to deliver 1:1 personalised tuition to primary and secondary learners across Dorset, including Blandford Forum (DT11). You will support mainstream and SEN learners, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Join TP Tutors to tailor sessions to individual learning styles, engage learners, and contribute to their confidence and progress with specialist SEND training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Teaching, tutoring, or educational mentoring experience.
• Experience supporting mainstream and/or SEN learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good safeguarding understanding and practice.
• Willingness to travel within Blandford Forum (DT11) and surrounding areas.

Help Learners Build Confidence and Achieve Success

TP Tutors is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic tutors to deliver 1:1 personalised tuition to primary and secondary learners across Dorset, including Blandford Forum (DT11) and surrounding areas.

This rewarding role involves supporting both mainstream and SEN/SEND learners, helping them overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve meaningful educational outcomes. Whether learners need support with Maths, English, exam preparation, Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other SEND needs, you'll play a key role in their progress and success.
