Job summary

TP Tutors, an initiative of Teaching Personnel Ltd., is seeking enthusiastic tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition to primary and secondary learners across Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

You will work with mainstream and SEN/SEND learners, tailoring lessons to individual needs, helping students build confidence and achieve academic progress. Flexible hours and a variety of assignments are available, with specialist SEND training and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Teaching, tutoring, mentoring or educational experience.
• Experience supporting mainstream and/or SEN learners.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel within Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

TP Tutors is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition to primary and secondary learners across Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

This rewarding opportunity involves working with both mainstream and SEN/SEND learners, helping students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and make meaningful academic progress. Whether a learner requires targeted intervention in Maths or English, support preparing for exams, or additional assistance relating to Autism, ADHD, SEMH or other SEND needs, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference.

Every learner is unique, which is why we tailor our tuition to individual needs, goals and learning styles. As a tutor, you'll play an important role in helping students re-engage with education and achieve their full potential.
