Nova Training in Oldbury is seeking a SEN Tutor to support small groups of learners in functional skills and employability, helping them develop independence and life/work skills. The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in 14-24 provision, and a Full Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS, PTLLS, DTLLS).
A passion for SEN and strong communication are essential. You will contribute to high-quality education, safeguarding, and progress towards individual learner goals, with a competitive salary
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, Mon-Fri
Location: Oldbury
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa, (depending on experience, skills & qualifications)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a SEN tutor based in our Oldbury centre.
As an SEN tutor, your role will be to support small groups of learners in the classroom with their functional skills & Employability to help develop their independence and improve the skills of young people for their individual futures. The learner s individual needs can range from mild to moderate educational needs and/or disabilities.
You will have a passion for working with students with special educational needs and will be committed to ensuring that all students have access to high quality education and support.
