Qualifications

• Pass an enhanced criminal record check (DBS) for working with children/adults.
• Right to work in the UK.
• First Aid Training - willingness to undertake advanced training.

Responsibilities

• Transport SEN pupils or vulnerable passengers to and from school, college, or day care centres.
• Work in a safe, flexible manner and support company operations.
• Establish positive relationships with passengers, carers/parents, and establishments they attend.
• Assist the driver with company vehicles, including cars, 8-seat carriers, and wheelchair accessible vehicles.
• Be patient and empathetic, keeping passengers occupied and comfortable on journeys.
