PercentChase | HiRecruiters are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Wolverhampton. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND, helping them thrive in an inclusive environment.
The role involves supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language needs, assisting with EHCPs/IEPs, and collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, parents and external professionals. Safeguarding and pre-employment checks apply.

We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Wolverhampton.
What you'll be doing:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
Support pupils with Autism (ASC/ASD), ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs
Help implement EHCPs and IEPs
Adapt classroom activities to individual learning needs
Support positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and independence
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers/SENCO
Support pupils during lessons, breaktimes, trips and activities
Provide personal care support where required
Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
Work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
Teaching Assistant or Learning Support experience
Previous experience supporting children with SEN/SEND is highly desirable.
Safeguarding: The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, references and all required pre-employment checks in line with KCSIE guidance.
