Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Trafford, Greater Manchester is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with autism, SEMH and communication needs in a specialist independent day school. You will work in a small-class environment to aid academic, social and emotional development.

Applicants should have GCSE Maths & English at grade 4/C or above, a Level 2/3 TA qualification (or working towards it), and a good understanding of safeguarding.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant in Trafford, Greater Manchester to join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.

You’ll work in a supportive, small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.
