Job summary

Kisimul Group's SEN school in Swinderby near Lincoln is seeking Teaching Assistants to join the Education Team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 09:15 to 16:00, with a salary of £19,926 to £21,444.75 DOE and Qualifications, plus 13 weeks annual leave.

You will assist learners with Special Educational Needs in a therapeutically informed setting, supporting activities, social development and overall wellbeing. Benefits include funded DBS checks and wellbeing supports.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with special educational needs.
• Ability to work within small class sizes and with a supportive team.
• Commitment to learning and developing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support in a therapeutically informed way to learners in school.
• Assist with care and support of the children and contribute to social and emotional development.
• Support health and well-being of the children and encourage positive outcomes.
