Job summary

Prospero Teaching are working with a specialist SEN school in Billingshurst, West Sussex, seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for both short-term cover and long-term placements.

You will work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions and help create a positive learning environment for students with additional needs. Start date ASAP; both full-time and part-time roles considered.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in education, care, youth work or support work desirable.
• Proactive and positive attitude with safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities
