Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking teaching assistants to support pupils at a SEN school near Cambridge. You will provide individual and small-group support, assist with classroom activities, and help implement IEPs.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN children preferred but not essential.
• Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
• Must have passion and drive to work with children.
• Must be able to use own initiative to engage learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
• Assist with classroom activities and support IEP implementation.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development.
• Be a source of motivation, encouragement and positivity for students.
