Monarch Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a long-term position. The role focuses on helping children with communication and interaction needs, including speech and language difficulties, ASD, and other learning needs within a school environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEN, knowledge of speech and language needs, a patient and proactive approach, and strong communication skills to build relationships and support
