Job summary

• Proactive, flexible mindset and commitment to supporting vulnerable learners.
• Desirable: education/childcare qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to pupils with ASD, MLD and complex needs.
• Collaborate with staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in implementing behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies.
• Support development of social skills and independence.
• Provide personal care and support for students with disabilities.
