Job summary

Teaching Personnel are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a specialist SEND school in Telford, supporting pupils with autism, complex learning needs and communication difficulties. The role is based in a specialist SEND environment and offers immediate opportunities.

We welcome candidates with SEN support, autism experience, care or residential background, and a passion for helping children with additional needs. Training and CPD are provided, with potential for long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Experience in autism or complex learning needs.
• Ability to support learning and communication in small groups or 1:1.
