New Reflexions Care Group Limited seeks a Teaching Assistant at Old Windebrowe School in Keswick, Cumbria, to support students with Autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. This role offers a chance to help shape a brand-new school and contribute to a compassionate, safeguarding-focused team.

Two TA roles are available; one may have an occupational requirement for a male candidate to support a specific student. DBS checks and ongoing development are provided.

• Experience working in SEN education or similar setting.
• Ability to lead small group or individual learning experiences.
