Job summary

Randstad Education Southwater is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school for children aged 5 to 16 with complex needs. The role is full-time and permanent, with term-time only hours from 08:30 to 16:00, offering on-site meals and parking.

Successful candidates will support 1:1 and small groups, helping students access the curriculum while addressing emotional and pastoral needs.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at pass grade (C/4 or equivalent)
• Right to work in the UK is essential
• Experience in care, childcare, education, or SEN is desirable

Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
