Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to support learning in a Redcar primary school on a full-time basis, with a January start and a contract through to July 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to build positive relationships with pupils and have a long-term, positive impact on their progress and development.

You will support pupils with varied SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD and PMLD, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, delivering intervention sessions to boost

• Experience of working with Children in UK schools.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with varied SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Deliver intervention sessions to small groups to boost understanding.
• Support across the School at breaktimes and lunchtimes as required.
