St Peter's School in Huntingdon is seeking a Cabin Teaching Assistant to support pupils with ASC within a mainstream setting. The role is part-time (29.10 hours per week) and permanent, starting as soon as possible, with duties across the Cabin team.

The successful candidate will be patient, approachable and proactive, liaising with staff and students while promoting safety and wellbeing. DBS checks and safeguarding are required, with a commitment to ASC inclusion.

Formación

• Must have minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.
• Approachable, patient, positive and professional.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Able to liaise confidently with staff and students.
• Energetic with an interest in SEN pupils; PE participation helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Support students with ASC in a mainstream setting.
• Assist with daily classroom activities and supervision.
• Liaise with teachers and other staff to support learning.
• Contribute to welfare and safeguarding in line with policy.
