Role Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with autism through individualised curricula
• Planning and delivering lessons, focusing on life skills

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene
• Monitoring pupil progress and adjusting teaching methods
• Supporting during breaktimes and snack times

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Grade C/4 in English and Maths
• Experience working with children with disabilities (professional, personal, or voluntary)
• Comfortable managing challenging behaviour
• Willing to support with personal and intimate care
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Own transport due to location
