Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support pupils across a school in Hounslow. The role includes one-to-one and small group support, helping with lessons and classroom organisation, and promoting focused and confident participation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or SEN setting is desirable.
• Calm, patient and supportive approach when supporting learners.
• Confident in assisting pupils with additional needs.
• Reliable, proactive and committed to pupil progress.
• Passionate about helping children succeed and feel included.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the school, including those needing extra help with learning or behaviour.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support in class.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
• Help pupils stay focused, confident and engaged in activities.
• Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to monitor progress.
