Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support pupils across a school in Hounslow. The role includes one-to-one and small group support, helping with lessons and classroom organisation, and promoting focused and confident participation.

The successful candidate will have experience with children or SEN settings, a calm and patient approach, and a genuine passion for helping young learners succeed. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the school, including those needing extra help with learning or behaviour.

• Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to monitor progress.

The Role
