Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Camberley is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs. The role involves one-to-one and small group work, assisting with autism, ADHD, and communication needs, and helping teachers deliver inclusive lessons.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
  • Assist children with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language Needs, SEMH and related needs.
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
  • Help manage behaviour positively and consistently.
  • Work with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and parents to achieve best outcomes.
