Aspire People in the Skegness area is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with diverse needs and help implement IEPs. You will provide one-on-one guidance to boost learning and confidence, working closely with teachers to tailor materials for varied learning styles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
