Protocol Education is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a friendly SEN school in Knowle, Bristol. You will support pupils with a range of needs and work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or related care roles is desirable.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of SEND needs and tailor support to individual learning.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence and growth.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to pupils’ needs.
• Help create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment.
